Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at SLC Transfer Prints. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping of your DTF transfers. This shipping policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

Same-Day Pickup & Shipping:

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Mountain Time) are eligible for same-day pickup.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mountain Time) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after these times will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Pickup Location: 54 East Cleveland Ave. Salt Lake City, UT 84115, USA.

Processing Time:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 0-1 business days of receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Destinations:

We use UPS as our carrier.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $99.
We currently ship only within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard shipping typically takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost for faster delivery, typically 1-2 business days.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order through the carrier's website or Shopify's order tracking feature.
If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days to file a claim.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
