Return & Refund Policy

At SLC Transfer Prints, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, so we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. A proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at order@slctransferprints.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.
  3. Ship the item to: 54 East Cleveland Ave. Salt Lake City, UT 84115.

⚠️ Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns only for DTF transfers that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues. Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customer design errors (e.g., low-resolution files, spelling mistakes, wrong size).
  • Change of mind or incorrect product selection.

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method, including the full purchase price and any shipping costs originally paid.

Shipping Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your order was damaged in transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. Provide them with photos of the packaging and the damaged item as proof.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we confirm the issue and receive the returned product (if required).
